Linda has over 15 years’ experience working in small business directing procurement, fulfillment, shipping, and day to day operations. She retired after 27 years as an LPN nurse working for Kaiser, Humana, and Medical City Dallas.

Bhupinder Mahi – Chief Information Officer/VP Enterprise Solutions
Bhupinder has over 20 years’ experience in the outsourcing and managed services’ industry, gaining his expertise in ITSM and SIAM operating models at SHL, JP Morgan, the Pinnacle Alliance, Computer Sciences Corp, and BMC.  He is an MSP Practitioner and has worked across a number of industry sectors gaining a deep understanding of healthcare, banking, telecoms, manufacturing and government bodies, from both perspectives, business and technical. He has led transformation engagements for some of the largest global organizations delivering to agreed transformation roadmaps based on their maturity to adopt and the key measures in their benefits’ case. His current focus is on employee experience management and supporting the move to digital workplaces to increase employee engagement and drive productivity through complete end to end service delivery synchronisation. He is a writer, speaker and blogger on all things Transformation.

Cary Bradford – VP Managed Services and Aquistions
Cary has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He is the founder of two Managed IT Services companies.  Cartish Technologies, his first startup, was acquired in 2014 by Integritek.  He then became a Regional Manager at Integritek and directed M&A activity.  Following his exit from Integritek, he began his second startup, Ergon Consulting Group, LLC.
